St. Louis Development Corporation Board

St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is an umbrella not-for-profit corporation organized under Chapter 355 of the Missouri Revised Statutes with the mission of fostering economic development and growth in the City through increased job and business opportunities and expansion of the City's tax base.

Meetings are held at 8 a.m., on the third Thursday of each month (dates/times subject to change).

SLDC is governed by a volunteer board of directors, comprised of:

  • Two City of St. Louis Alderpeople

    • The Chairperson of the HUDZ Committee

    • The Chairperson of the Budget and Public Employees Committee

  • Six seats from the Development Boards that SLDC oversees
