Part 3: Let’s Do A Project Lab

This academy, led by Frank Wilson, is an essential program for business owners and contractors who want to master the process of pricing projects for maximum profitability and competitiveness.

You will move beyond guesswork and learn a structured, repeatable process to accurately calculate costs, assess risks, and create professional-grade bids and estimates.

The academy is broken into three parts:

  • Part 1: Academy Introduction: Learn the fundamental principles of profitable estimating, including defining scope, understanding overhead, and interpreting project specifications.

  • Part 2: Learn The Tools To Use: Gain hands-on experience with the latest software and practical tools for generating detailed, error-free cost breakdowns and managing the bidding workflow.

  • Part 3: Let's Do A Project Lab (In Person Only): Apply your knowledge by working through a real-world case study, culminating in a complete and competitive project bid.

You will leave with the confidence and systems to increase your win rate, secure fair pricing, and ensure a healthy profit margin on every job.
