St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC), the independent economic development agency serving the City of St. Louis, is hosting its first quarterly Neighborhood Transformation Town Hall Meeting for the Walnut Park East, Walnut Park West and Mark Twain Neighborhoods.

Community members are invited to join us as we provide updates about SLDC’s various programs and projects and discuss issues that impact residents and businesses in the area. SLDC leaders will be available to field questions and gather feedback from community to help educate and inform about development activities and opportunities in and around these neighborhoods. Representatives from other City Departments will also be in attendance to provide updates.

Get to Know SLDC

SLDC’s President & CEO, Neal Richardson will share updates on the Economic Justice Action Plan and discuss current and future development objectives and opportunities.

The Town Hall will feature project updates from:

  • The Planning & Urban Design Agency

  • SLDC’s Economic Development Incentives Team

  • SLDC’s Major Projects

  • Community Development Administration (CDA)

  • Land Reutilization Authority (LRA)

  • Neighborhood Housing Committees
