St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) provides hands-on Headcount 1-hour training sessions for sub-contractors working on City of St. Louis incentivized projects. The trainings will be conducted via Zoom. 

Headcount combines its data with city ordinances & executive orders to allow project owners and GCs to monitor project objective and goals in real-time. 

You are invited to attend one of the training sessions highlighted in turquoise. Trainings are held on Wednesdays, at 9am or 11am. Please RSVP to Marla Roach at roachm@stlouis-mo.gov. 

There is now Mandatory St Louis Contractor’s Training on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month at 10am. You must RSVP with Marla Roach to attend. This is required if working a city project.
